All finished (I think) but with one I'm not sure about:

    4d Dock fences are offering rubbish (4)

I have DRE? for this and think the answer may be DREK which means 'rubbish', although DREG would also fit, but not as well.

Please would anyone confirm the answer and explain it?

DREK makes sense if the fences are D & K (the extremities or outer limits of dock) but I can't see RE for offering.

I see now that 're' is just an abbreviation for 'are', so DREK works out just fine with 'dk' an abbreviation for 'dock', as you suggest.
