I'm sure this must be a mistake, but any thoughts are appreciated.

Missy Elliott's delayed 2008 album (9)

Since the name of this delayed album is Block Party which fits neither the letter count or the letters I have.

If its an alternative title I can't find it.

Can anyone even think a music related answer that would fit?

She did an album called Phenomenal

Its not on Amazon or Wiki, but I think your right - It must have been an alternative title for Block Party.

And FENOMENAL must be the alternative alternative answer wanted here!

Phenomenal looks like being the working title for the block party album when its original release date was 2008 and seems to have been changed to block parts when released 4 years later.

Looks right, I'm not sure how she spelt phenomenal just know there was an album called that.

This was the very question that threw me too. Last one needed to complete it. I thought it was wrong cos I couldn't find any reference to it at all... Frustrated the fuck out of me at the time!
