The dishwasher beckons; there is a blind to be put up; the washing is still up on the clothes horse after several days. My patron saint is St Gravity, for that which is lost will surely be found on the floor after many days.

Mrs P is on holiday for a week, so matters like those described above do not have their usual sense of urgency. I have until Tuesday to get up to date. Probably will have to have a purge on Monday night.

HI, Suki,

Excellent reasoning for police station. I was not anywhere near.

I wish I had known of St Zita a couple of years ago, since she also helps find lost keys. I was huckled into hospital, and Mrs P was so ashamed of how I was dressed, she put everything I was wearing into the bin. She doesn't like going through my pockets, so my one and only car key found its way to a landfill site. At the end of the day, it was cheaper to buy another car than it would have been to get a new key. It wasn't a very new car, but still modern enough to be blessed with the sort of technology which prevented me from hot wiring it, and going on my merry way.

I will look to St Zita in the coming days, as I start to feel the pressures of serfdom and slavery.

Many thanks.

P

Hi again Pipesmoker - Yes aljanon's reasoning was excellent. Don't think I would have fathomed it out but you did start the ball rolling the the Jacques Tati suggestion.

First you made me chuckle then you made me cry with the huge burden you have on your shoulders. How about I post on here for volunteers to come and give you some much needed assistance foc naturally.

Excellent suggestion. I could contribute by doing what I do best - shuffling off with my pipe. I am sure the place would be much improved when I return.
