Priest gets to embrace rabbi and other churchmen = preachers.

Rabbi normally=teacher. Priest normally=P or PR.

If based on Teacher, how do we lose the T?
And where's the final S coming from?

I think it is P = Priest, R= Rabbi and reaches = embraces
