Thanks to all. I have to say I was tempted by quite a few but I have come down on the side of djawhufc as being the best.

Sorry to disappoint you Pastille! I felt that my clues were not really worth entering this week, especially when I saw peterm's which I thought was brilliant. However thanks to your encouragment I am looking forward to having another go or three next time.

I shielded my eyes from the fact that an allegience to a newly relegated football team was implicit. Fairness to all ( and seeing that no Crystal Palace fan entered) the best man/woman won.
