Sorry about the lack of letters,this grid has 4 independent corners, got the other 3 but not this one, the only word connecting the whole thing is (Grab a bit of sleep (6) I have SNATCH, may be wrong) maybe if I can get this it will help with the others.

No wordplay inolved but "Painting" (improving outside of house) would fit with "spiel" saleman's picth

Hi, AB, I think the wordplay lies in aiming, which can be pointing. Also, pointing is something done by builders on the outside of a property.
