A few odd ones today and I'm again stuck (I think) on the last one
14dn Unease of Cardinal and private secretary touring the city (3,6)

I think it must be The creeps but apart from the PS I dont get the wordplay

Bit convoluted

I think Cardinal is Three as in the number

City is EC as in london post code

PS- private secretary

So put Three and PS round EC

I reckoned that 'three' is a cardinal number, that 'ec' is the city and 'ps' is the private secretary but I thought it poorly compiled.

Could it be three (cardinal number) EC (city post code) ps (private secretary?

Why is Cardinal three specifically (not two or four?) - I am guessing literary/religious context?
