anyone help with22down and 19 across please ?

The only word that fits 19a is stirrer. . but I cant, for the life of me, make that fit the clue

10 Ac. is rainier - given in earlier thread and 22 Dn. is scab - letters included in clue.

Always like to try out other clues from papers do not purchase, if am around here, so having full clue and number of letters is always v good.
