Clue for 11 across reads "it can be cold in the workshop.We are stuck.Doesn't seem like a concise clue more like a cryptic.?

Could be cold "chisel"

We thought we had it with cold "CHISEL" but 3 down clue is KEEN-SIGHTED 5 and 4 letters which doesn"t work with CHISEL as it puts an E where there should be an S

There's no S in "Eagle eyed"
