I am almost sure these letters are correct but cannot find a word to match in solve it or spellcheck. Any ideas please will be welcome.

Thanks AB but don't think so. The y in it comes from clue which is Put down again to be transmitted we hear. For which I have RELAYS thank you for helping anyway.
I think there must be a mistake with the Clue

I looked at that but not in my dictionary.
It is really bugging me now

Chambers gives it as "relay or re-lay verb (relays, relaid, relaying) to lay something again" so it's kosher.

of-course it is relaid,just get a better dictionary
