Our weekly competition.
The idea is to construct a cryptic clue to a given word. The winner of the previous competition sets the word and judges the entries. A one day time frame is in place (longer than that would be very difficult to cope with.) It is customary for the judge to award a virtual proze to the winner.

The clue word for Clueless 8 is ABBREVIATION

Clues to be submitted before 17.30 BST tomorrow (Wed 18th) Result later that evening when the virtual prize will be announced.

AB...I am working on a clue, but not quite there yet.

But, also I noticed that this week the winner will will a virtual proze.

Now, I hope this is not an abbreviation!

Because I am not a prude, far from it, but I don't think it is an appropriate prize.

And you will be called pimpypimpy...not a good nickname.

Just a thought...or is it just a typo???
