Long shot - would "azeri" (from Azerbijan) fit the bill being almost a zero? Can't see the rest though.

I had 'azeri' - ai/AI (fine)+ zer (almost zero).
Postman delivered a huge parcel today - I won the big Chambers dictionary in the Independent's beelzebub recently.

Thanks, though I'm slightly ashamed - have just realised it was the big Oxford dictionary I got today.Nice as it is, I still prefer Chambers!
