I see from other threads that it's not just me who had a hard time today. Which makes me feel better...

Layer of 19 maybe spread around etc. = undercoat. (19 was 'emulsion paint')

I can't figure out Undercoat at all.

Don't they use emulsion as an undercoat for a paint job?
