I'm sure I'll kick myself for this, but I don't understand. I know Amos is a name, but where does doctor come into it?

Oh...I wouldn't have gotten that. Thank you. Groyne does make sense - as well as fixing another answer I had which was questionable. And gareth's 'poor box' confirmed x-ray. It did, though, confuse me on another clue.
