19ac Natty dresser suppresses anger about headgear (6,3). I have ?O???E ??P POLICE CAP would fit but why? Natty dresser could be a FOP surrounding a word for anger but....

20dn Fast food from San Francisco, say? If CAP (see above) is correct then my letters are C???O?E. I'm tempted to insert A as the second letter (i.e. abb for California).

Thanks Mamya for Calzone for 20dn. Trevor, thanks to you also and I am much taken by your rationale for Forage Cap to 19ac. However it looks like the 4th letter is an I, assuming that my solution to 16dn is correct. It reads Daughter served up fish covered in potatoes for main course maybe (4,4). It looks like SIDE DISH to me (although I'm not absolutely convinced) and, if so, then FORAGE won't work for reason given. These are my last two to solve so any further thoughts would be appreciated.

could you give the letters you have for 16d and which "i" doesn't fit with Forage (fish or dish).

For 16dn I have ???E ?I?H as definites. If I go for SIDE DISH, then it's the first I which messes up FORAGE CAP. To be clear, if I'm correct with SIDE DISH (and I'd welcome your view on this) then 19ac first word is ?O?I?E...which looks awfully like POLICE. Yet I still prefer FORAGE. Cheers...
