No 3 is Sodium = NA + I cant,anagram (distil) = Cantina

In number 2, your pattern doesn't fit with 8 letters. Also, it may relate to 13 across or down, so the answer to that may help.

Number 4 will be easier with another checking letter, but I'm leaning towards ENTER.
