I seen lots of excellent clues on this forum for this charity quiz which have been very helpful or have confirmed my own answers, but still stuck on 5 before I send off my entry sheet so any help would be most appreciated

Many thanks for prompt relies, obvious when you can see the answer and it has confirmed my answer for no. 60, although I was considering 'dispatch' as well as 'delivery'.
Can you explain how the word 'circular' was decoded from the clue, please. I know that a circular is a notice/leaflet and a saw is a saying but do the two mean anything together in communication terms or just a tool?

think express is correct as it says 'fast' bowler.
For no. 76 it can't be anagram of 'statement' as it's only 8 letters
