can anyone help with 29 or 31 across or 22 down?

WE don't all have it in front of us. How many letters ? Which letters do you have already ?

29 across It's addictive but pleasant, kept in old tin 8 letters. Have I as second letter only.
31 across Where a qualified chap may introduce remedies primarily * letters, have H as second letter only

Nicotine (NICE surrounding O-TIN)
Pharmacy (anagram using the R of Remedies)
