16d .. OA might be an abbreviation for 'o/a' (='on account of') and this might be taken to mean 'could result from'.

I think 'Job Lots' is more feasible than 'Job Done' as it gives the 's' in prosit that you suggest. I had always thought it was prost but googled it and prosit was confirmed. It actually gave me a link to Ein Prosit - a short video clip from the 2006 Oktoberfest on you tube - hundreds of beer-swilling germans in drunken harmony.
Also JimC, I'd never heard of o/a (on account of) so thats something new I've learned today.
