I wonder whether 20 could be Adam and Eve.
There is an old childrens game called Adam and Eve and Pinch Me. Whereby one will ask "Adam and Eve and Pinch Me went down to the river to play, Adam and Eve were drowned so who do you think was saved?". When the other person replies "Pinch Me" the questioner does so.
Probably wrong but an interesting history lesson !
