Well apart from the fact that Bakewell is in Derbyshire and the clue says (10,5) it's a good answer and probably fits (1) better than (2). I think PONTEFRACT CAKES will be closer for (2).

Bakewell Tart should have been for No.1 not No.2 sorry.
