I think (4) is probably LADIES TRESSES although the correct spelling would be LADY'S TRESSES.

6. i think that aquilegia is also known as ladies bonnets

It looks as though several of these clues are suspect, so LADIES BONNETS may well be correct. I think we probably all know that the Sun is a star and not a planet (except the quiz compiler of course).

How about Bride's Bonnet, Clintonia Uniflora, a single white, six-petalled flower?
