I'm stuck on 5 down only letters I have are S?S?T?E.
Only word I can fit is Susette,but it does noy fit in with the clue has any one finished it?
Please help it's the only one I need internat is last resort!!

which is a South African kebab dish.
Very good must be "so" and French composer is
