My Bradfords Crossword lists gives stye.

I have always understood that, if there are two ways of spelling an answer, then either will be accepted. Something I read in crossword rules once.

Only one of them will mean "climb" wont it?

Chambers shows both Stie & Stye under 'climb'.

Have been stuck with these two for a while - would welcome help of any kind.
