This one is for the Isle of Arran Red Cross Patient Transport service. I tell you that because I have two unsolved clues one of which is very wierd! All the answers are Towns or cities in Britian.

8. American bowler. - I have Pitcur (in Aberdeenshire) but SWMBO says it should be Barnes who is a bowler in American baseball. I argue that Barnes is not a town or city but a district in London.

Now for the wierd one:

24. Hymen - Yes you read it right and the only possibility I can find in my road atlas is Virginstow (in Devon) but that doesn't seem very likely.

Any other ideas welcome.

BARNES is a London Borough, so actually qualifies as a town, in the same way that say Wolverhampron does, which is also a Borough.
