15A -u-n-l-e ("l" depends on Russell being correct!) "Fish ball little girl fed to cat, mostly" (8). Can't think of anything here.
23A a-m "Wicked male's end" (3). Presume it's "Aim" but what has this got to do with wicked male?

A quenelle is a fish ball (made with breadcrumbs)and contains Nell for the little girl bit, but can't see the rest.
