Evening all,got the RT early today,was out shopping earlier than usual. Liked 8a,7a,16a.22a and14d,15a made me smile.Took me a while to get 20a.

Agree with what you say about 20a. Even word searches didnt easily find it. Probably the worst clue for some time. Think we will have to think of alternative clues to help out on this one.

I liked 18a and 4d and thought 16a quite clever

I liked most of the clues but as usual I had to spend some time on a couple of them before I spotted the answers. Yes Karen, 20a was one of them as you mentioned: the other one was 24a.
We had snow again on Saturday and it's still very cold. I hope that you are all well.

no zorro its only 14d's like you who try to spoil this thread every week by giving answers. The rest of us like the banter that helps us rather than giving answers

yes Zorro, I agree with Dumbo. You do try to spoil it every week. Please go and play elswhere particularly as you have shown even when you give the answers they are wrong
