12dn Addict,note,locked up by judge(5). Surely its FIEND. I see Fiend=Addict, Note=ForE orD but whats it with the judge locking folk up????. Last clue of both Saturday cryptics so please help me finish off

judge = find (i judged it to be,i found it)
find with an E in it = Fiend.

find can mean judge. sort of- =I find the defendant guilty/I judge the defendent guilty. How did you find that/how did you judge that.
