I did think Madonna but she got cancelled rather than turned down the deal
88 Which Hollies hit was adapted for a double glazing commercial?
Look through any window is the obvious but can't see anywhere to confirm it

I have been trying to solve these since you first posted the thread.
For 88, I seem to recall an advert that had 'Just One Look' running through, but like your searches, I'm finding it hard to verify.
