Hi folks.

US foreign office set out outstanding declaration = state department. Assuming Set Out=State, what's with Outstanding Declaration/Department?

Pasta recipe no. 5 in garlic mayonnaise = ravioli. 5=V but that's as far as I go.

set out = depart
declaration = statement
state (depart)ment.

ravioli

r=recipe
v=5
aioli=garlic mayonaisse

"aioli is a sauce made of garlic and olive oil." ie garlic mayo.
and im guessing R for recipe.
