I don't know how many letters are required for the answer, but The Bethlem Royal Hospital of London is a psychiatric hospital. It has been variously known as St. Mary Bethlehem, Bethlem Hospital, Bethlehem Hospital and Bedlam. If you need six letters then I think the answer is BEDLAM.
