This is a phrase, song lyric, catchphrase from film or public life but I just cant get it

Bruce Forsyth used the catchphrase "I'm in charge" in the TV progamme Beat the Clock..

I don't know if it helps, but that phrase was used at a press conference by Alexander Haigh following the assasination attemp on Ronald Reagan.

I think I will go with Campo on this, but then you knew I would, didn't you

On the matter of the "quasi-mater" phrase, BabelFish is a great tool (as in spanner or hammer).

Well it told you on the sheet it was 5 7 so was it really that hard to find
