As Seattle is an anagram of "lets eat" it wouldappear that it is the expected answer. It's not a state capital. It's in Washington and the capital is Olympia.

Seattle (anag of lets eat) is the state of Washingtons largest city.
but Olympia is its Capital City(according to Wiki...).
