Hiya Steve.
It's a tricky one, and the closest I can manage is, PUSHER. A cookie-pusher is a 'man about town' usually a Dandy.
And a swinger, apart from one who engages in group sex, is also an up to date, well dressed character.
Maybe it's a bit tenuous, but it's all I can offer.
