The only one baffling me is 29 down. Any ideas?

Hi gang!Also struggling with 29d - csnt make sense of 36ac either. Can someone help?
Also, does anyone follow the logic of 19ac which seems to be "James Callaghan"!

I think 29d has been given as Sarajevo, hidden in clue backwards

Thanks guys. M y bad- i had carpenter ANT not BEE hence couldn't make sense. Any ideas on 36 across?

Also - any explanation for "James Callaghan" in 19 across?
