Hi.

In Hotel Paris fresh fish gets shock treatment = H-I-S-R-Y.

Hairspray is all that fits. Base clue = Treatment??

HPARIS leaves RAY. Ray = fish, why 'fresh'?

Or am I totally up the wrong tree...

We speak of a shock of hair. So you have H - hotel, then an anagram of Paris (fresh) then fish. OK?
