Morning All,
21d I have FRAYED; it seems to fit but I can't see the logic in it, so would love an explanation.
11d BENEATH seems the obvious choice but, again, I don't get the FINISHED ON TIME part of the clue.
Hope these might help someone. Thanks in advance for any replies.

21d;Forayed minus nothing (o)=frayed
11d;Be neat(finished) h(abbreviation for hour)."Neat" for "finished" is a bit loose I must admit but not unusual for the DT.
