For one of the 11a clue answers I have
NIGHT-A-. Can anyone help me decided whether it is Nightjar or Nightcap.

The clue is: Drink in the small hours with bird like Dubai, making a Horlicks of Horlicks when one replaces Kings (8; 3-4)

Nightjar. The first part of the double clue stops at the word "bird", which is the definition.
