Thanks for the windbreak - just couldn't see it. Still not sure about the 3 feet for old ships though - I am thinking yard may be too obvious- tri (pod)? or something else? Halyard good but not sure how fits with old ships and still uneasy about yardarms. May be am looking too hard. Again thanks for hlep!

Thanks for triremes, but not sure you would see them at the seaside these days.....thinking maybe trippers but still not convinced how the ppers would apply to old ships.
