I have got Geneva Binman in my head for some reason but can't parse it.

HELENA BONHAM Carter is a well-known actress and fits. I don’t know why it fits the first word, other than rhyming slang for “farter”. Others may know better

I was racking my brains trying to parse Geneva, though I vaguely got binman/carter as in Steptoe And Son!
