The * indicates identical letters.
I usually get on well with these and would appreciate any help.

Duh! I don't know why I didn't see that.
I thought I'd been through the whole alphabet.

I enjoy the codewords where just one letter is given.
March 3rd Weekend Mag codeword gave us just N

*NN**N**
Each * was a different letter of the alphabet which gave a choice of three .
It was a slow start !

I've just found it in the recycling!
I probably struck lucky realising that a lot of words end in E and not many in O!
I only had 2 alternatives which was less confusing.

I ruled out innuendo first :)

It was good to see the magazine had no plastic wrapping. I hope this is permanent

Also glad to see less plastic being used.
All the inserts go straight into the recycling bag.
I only buy this paper on Saturday for the Weekend mag.

Annoints was my third.
Same here with the Weekend Mag which has good puzzles and TV and radio listings. Much cheaper than the RT which had reached £2.30 the last time I bought it.
