No, Lumen, the phrase is 7, 4. It wasn't easy to track down initially, but I decided to treat the finished grid as a wordsearch, and look for anything that could go towards a phrase that could be uttered by the characters. I found an Across possibility and Googled...

PS i kept in mind that there must be a reason for the two-letter and then three-letter changes...

Oh wow, did not expect that answer malone! Thought my 3,7 was a definite.
Thanks, will think on.

I'm dying here. Got a full grid and the two characters. Cannot for the life of me find number three - I'm fairly sure I know who he is and sort of where he should go but it requires changing three squares? Unless I have something wrong.

Hi Thomas, that's a red herring, another well known character.

Is it the one character from an entirely different 'universe' who does nevertheless perform the role of the second of the two hidden words?

Hi again thom, missed autocorrect earlier, another well known character from the same sitcom.

Are 16,18, 22 and 33 down all “treated”? I need a hint to unlock this. 32 or 37?
