I have filled the grid (except one) but unsure of some of the words I've put in-
Jar from Sri Lanka , a light silvery-grey (5) CL?SH Some of the strange words I have are
onagra and shmek. Any thoughts please?

Ah -it's just clicked - clash = jar CL from ceylon + ash = silvery -grey.

shmek is sorted too now! - it is a word for heroin along with horse.
