Please give your post
a proper title.
Don't be engrossed

"Last one", "I'm stuck"
are rather useless.
Don't be a schmuck,
or you'll be clueless.

One common thread
would be quite useful,
but ten, widespread,
are really brutal.
The answer's often
a real no-brainer,
so very common.
Don't be a whiner.

Think a tad harder
before you call
for an enabler,
waiting in thrall.
“Forget the wordplay.
The answer, now.
No time for foreplay.
Got it, ciao."

Sometimes a "thank you",
sometimes nothing,
Sometimes a miscue,
sometimes acing !

Except perhaps for the last part which i can't read.
Failed O level Latin, probably because, having learned the full English translation of Aeneid Book 2 I no doubt chose the wrong bit for the answer.

I posted a thread last year about those problems, & caught some flak from people with vested interests.

Thought I'd try a different approach. Not much response this time. Not surprising in a world where Twitter rules. Two stanzas might exceed the current attention span.

Rosalind. The last verse translates roughly as:

This forum, as we see,
is a strange place,
but here we met;
I find (or provide) answers.

The last verb can go either way.

Difficile est rithimorum Latine scribere.
It is difficult for me to write rhymes in Latin.
My Latin is also quite rusty - too many years, but I aced it back then.

Ad melius diebus !

Don't be disheartened, Syzygy: I guess we all have some kind of love-hate relationship to/with this Forum. And despite all its drawbacks we still come back to it again & again --- because, well, "TINA" etc .......................................................

The original and translation are truly classic, in the original sense. Does not "responsa invenio" sound wonderful?
