Evening all. Two successive clues are involved today.

30 across: Shortly see around a small island without any trouble = easily.

But then we have 31 across: 30 ruin hay maybe, having raked top (2,1,5). -N/-/H-R-Y.

It looks like 'in a hurry', anagram of 'ruin hay' plus the R of 'raked'. But what's 'in a hurry' got to do with 30?

The first one - small point - the see is Ely - bishop's see, round a s i - a small island. But I'm afraid I can't see why it's "in a hurry"
