I have 2 remaining, which I cannot work out.

26A. Sweet Rosie's cut short English in old Scottish exam (6, 2 words)
I have ??R?DE

6D. Sweet wine Jock's beloved imbibes before pork (8)
I think I have JERE?IG?
I'm not sure of this. I think it should be JEROPIGA, but I have E from 16A rather than O.
[16A. Female prisoner, unruly teen put inside directly (7) yields DETENUE = anagram of TEEN in DUE for direct]

Any help with parsing would be appreciated.

'Sweet Rosie O'Grady' is the title of a 1943 film starring Betty Grable.

Your letters in 6d are correct - put 'before pork' (two words) into a Scottish word for a beloved one...
