Phi is to be congratulated on a very fine puzzle. But he and the Editor have nodded. The work in question is a one-acter, and where the Preamble has "ACT" it should have "SCENE". But nice to see two bits of culcha in the same weekend - this AND King Lear!

Its ebor isn't it? Bor is East Anglian dialect for neighbour, and Ebor is Roman for York I think.
