Feeling a bit thick. The clue is "Exuberant force, group mostly seen with love in revolutionary outfit" (12).
I have R_M_U_C_I_U_ , so it can only be Rumbunctious (exuberant def.) but I'm blowed if I can see why. Help please.

Just spotted the "love in revolutionary outfit" tious = suit + o, can't see the rest though.
