Good afternoon each. This is early for me...actually up to date! Hints required please for 18 ac. Mineral enticement to start teasing comedian (6,7) I have ---P-- / -A-R-T-. My befuddled brain is going round in circles. Is the mineral the definition or the comedian? Thanks in anticipation as I won't be around to send them after. Have to go and shift some scenery.

Are you sure second word has 7 letters as carrot only has 6 letters?

I think ink that the comedian's may have 2.

Thanks very much each. I should have known that. Perhaps I should have put the word hints in upper case as normally RT thread's are hints only without spoilers but thanks anyway. Now I shall go out and shift stuff.
