sunray - it's not 'bet' but 'beat', after the space is removed - think of beating eggs.
remove the 'h' and think of a sow's young (but not quite) around A(dult).

(a)ida's staff (musical) worker is the obvious man, and swap the final 'i' for 'e' for the cape.
